Indian IT companies firm Infosys has despatched an e mail to staff about their quarterly efficiency bonus. As per the e-mail, the IT firm will roll out the September quarter efficiency bonus to eligible staff at a median of 80 per cent payout this month. 

In line with the corporate’s communication with staff, staff at place stage 6 and under band would obtain a median payout of 80 per cent as variable pay for Q2 FY 2023-24.
