(Reuters) -Israeli forces killed two Palestinians, together with a fighter from the Islamist group Hamas, throughout a raid on a refugee camp within the occupied West Financial institution early on Sunday, emergency staff and Hamas stated.
Israeli forces raided the Nur Shams camp close to the town of Tulkarm and a gun battle ensued with Palestinian fighters, medic Najeeb Adeeb stated.
The Israeli navy stated it performed “counterterrorism exercise” within the camp, dismantled an operational command centre and uncovered dozens of explosive gadgets and bomb-making parts.
“Throughout the exercise, suspects opened hearth and hurled explosive gadgets on the forces, who responded with stay hearth. Hits have been recognized,” the navy stated in an announcement.
Hamas stated a kind of killed belonged to its armed wing. There was no instant phrase on the identification of the opposite man reported to have been killed.
The navy stated an Israeli soldier was reasonably wounded.
